When you contact us, book a call, or join our mailing list, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, and anything you write in a form or booking. Our website also collects standard usage data (pages visited, device and browser type) through Squarespace’s analytics.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and — only if you have subscribed — to send the By Casa Grace monthly letter and occasional gathering invitations. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
Your information is stored and processed by the services we use to run the studio: Squarespace (website, contacts, email campaigns), Google Workspace (email), and Acuity Scheduling (appointments). Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@bycasagrace.com.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
